Back in October, 2009 The Shilo Hotel in Bend blocked 50 rooms for our 2010 Gathering. Since then, we have reserved about 1/2 the rooms. Due to supply & demand, and the popularity of The Shilo, they have asked to lower the number of blocked rooms to 30. If anyone is still debating attending this years Gathering, there are only a few rooms left. I am afraid that if you wait much longer, the Shilo will be full & there will not be many other choices left. Even the campsites are filling up. The remaining rooms will be held until June 14th. If you would like to reserve a room please call The Shilo @ 541-389-9600 and ask for a room in the C3 Corvette Club block.

As a reminder if we have 20 rooms booked then we get a meeting room to use free of charge to use as a staging room for all events, a meeting room to use for web site communication memebrs meeting input, and anything else we see fit to use it for.

This will be the meeting of all meetings so if you are only going to one event this year, velcro to dog and the kids to the walls and come on down. there is a lot of surprises in store for everyone.

The current count of booked rooms is 20, which I believe was the threshold number we needed. More booked rooms would be better since there are other groups staying there and we wouldn't want to get squezzed out...!!!

Just got off the phone with the folks at The Shilo Inn. As of tonight there are 23 rooms reserved in our block of 30. The hold on the remaining 7 rooms goes away next Monday, the 14th.
