Looks like late August would be a decent time for RI. Maybe the August 21st range. (the following weekend is Carlisle, so maybe that is too close together).
Even in July, the average is only 78. Granted, it can get hotter than that, but we did Carson City in the upper 80s and I think we all survived.
To plan around schools schedules puts us in the summer months, so no matter what, it is going to be warm to hot.

It's the Noreaster's that get them bad, but that's during the winter season.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
