I'd like to volunteer to assemble any digital photos or videos taken by folks traveling to or from the CC gathering and during any of the gathering events into a single collection (like Micki did after the PF gathering last year). Send them (via snail mail) to me by the end of July and I'll put them all together and send out copies by the end of August to anyone who wants them.

I'll do some sorting and burn to a CD.

Norsky,
Although I couldn't make it to Carson City - the Med. Cruise called louder - I definitely want a copy of whatever you put together.
I heard you all had so much fun that you "burned then place down" upon leaving.

Can we send you a link to our photos or do you want them on CD's only?

Mark, a CD would be preferrable. I don't have a high-speed internet connection so it would take me forever to download things.

OK Jim, I sorted out the bad pics and burned the rest, including the video clips, to 3, yes that's 3, CDs. A total of 1.1 GB.
They should have fit onto two CDs (705 MB each), but this way there is spare room on each.
Now maybe you have higher capacity CDs or DVDs. Or maybe you can compress them.
Or I could resize them to less resolution. Right now they are the original 1-1.5 MB for each picture. Nice quality pics.
What would you prefer?
I'll wait for your recommendation before I put them in the mail to you.
Other "high capacity" photographers may have the same problem.

It worked Jimmy! Great pics!!!
Yah, Dave, I'll have the same issue with large files. I figure full size is best and Norsky can shrink if necessary. Of course, that's a lot of work for Jim!!
