No,  it is 3M DI-NOC Genuine Black Carbon Fiber Vinyl Film
 
It is removable.  First time for me, and it was fun. Life span is around 8 years.

Some times it"s good to be on the outside. Very nice looking two tone '84 you have there. Watch out for the pot holes. It's been said they swolllow up 'Vettes in that area. Ray
