SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe

Looks like A LOT of FUN...!!! I have yet to experience an LT-4 but have heard a bunch of good things about that engine.

Do I detect a functional air scoop under the front bumper? Is it for (ram) air intake, additional cooling or both?

This car is a HOOT to drive..... I love it....YES, thats a "BIG MOUTH" scoop for cooling primarily along with the Greenwood hood vents keeps the temps from getting out of hand. My next phase will be installing the vent that replaces the front plate for air intake to the engine....

Never had any serious cooling issues with the "The BEAST". I did install a screen under the front bumper to help stop big junk from getting up into the radiator cavity. ENJOY...!!!

Hello, I also have mounted a screen to the lower portion of the radiator to eliminate the leaves and other road debris from clogging the cooling system. Bugs in this area also seem to collect which can easily be brushed off.

Since Vermont is technically a two plate state I won't be adding that front plate unit. But over the winter a project on "BLUBYU" will be to add a screen under the bumper. These "bottom breathers" are a funny lot aren't they...!!!
