Karen asked about a winery tour over here on the east side. This spring there will be the Spring Barrel Tasting in Yakima 4/24/09 to 4/26/09. I went last year with the Yakima Valley vettes.  If there is an interest I can put together a list of wineries to visit and a route. Maybe everyone could come over on Friday night for a BBQ, then winery tour all day Saturday, then head home on Sunday. We could schedule it for a later date so we are not dealing with the crowds. Is this near Prosser WA? The club (MHC) went on a over night and it was fun.
