I don't know if Julia and I will make it. The drive is at least 4 hours in good weather, but the pass could have snow on it that time of year. If we happen to be in Portland than I would say yes, so the best I can do right now is a maybe.

I also called the Country Cousin (exit 82). Sent out an email to that effect. Haven't been there in a while but I remember the food was decent and prices reasonable. They said they could gives us the banquet room but would not guarantee exclusivity if they got busy. 15% gratuity to be added but no problem with separate checks.
Wolf Lodge sounds good too.

Okay not sure if anyone is going to see this or not. We have our end of the season together, we had 12 people in attendance we shared a few moments for Todd, had the folding chair set up which was won by our crew this last summer at a show for having the most members in attendance there was an 8.5X11 picture of Todd placed on the chair.
Santa came and handed out a few small items to the vette heads, the food was okay but sitting around the table laughing, talking and remembering was by far the best of the best. This truly is more than a web site, we have became an extended family where the time we spend together is to short and the time in between meets is to long.
I truly do respect and love everyone of you.
Looks like there will be a respectful amount of us going to the service for Todd.
Larry
P.S. I squeezed the chicken I did not choke it.

Larry it was a blast. Sorry I ran out after dinner but I was way tired and my son had just came home from college. I got to see him for 10 minutes before running out for dinner. What a surprise. He had broken his ankle so he couldnt do the big snowboard trip and the wife flew him home to surprise us. That was so cool.
Again good to see everyone and it was good to sit where we talked about just stuff. Thanks all.

Much fun!!! Great to see everyone again!! Santa was great!!! Ate way too much! Never caught up with the other southbounders. Seems I'm getting that noise on the right side of the bimmer now too. It's kind of a trombone sound.
Seriously though, I was just thinking that maybe we could, on all future events, have the "empty chair" in remembrance of our fallen compadre(s).

You guys are great. I'm sure Todd was there in spirit. Sorry we could not be there. We are planning on going to the service for Todd. I'll talk with Bob about the plans.
