Meeting at the Host Hotel in the AM Saturday sounds good. Just let us guys not staying at the hotel Friday night know what time and what lot to look for everyone in at the hotel Saturday.

June 20th is FRIDAY. Meet at Russ Chevrolet at 7:00 PM or so...then off to dinner. I plan on moving cars off the lot so it can be swept later that evening. For Dinner, The Mongolian Grill is just down from Russ Chevrolet (south on Pacific Hwy 99). June 21st SATURDAY all C3's meet at the host hotel in the AM...then you can caravan to The Mt. Hood Corvettes BBQ. (I won't be at the host hotel to caravan, I need to be at Russ Chevrolet early for setting up)
Hope this helps. 
Russ Chevy at 7:00 pm, dinner around 8:00 or 8:30 at Mongolian Grill by Russ Chevy. Call before you get off and I will tell where we are at.

I work friday till 8:pm most likley will not make friday night, but I will be at the hotel to get together to head to the show Sat morning, what will be that time I will be leaving from woodland around 5:30 am Looking forward to sat

Yes it is 205 at Mill Plain and you will see an Arby's right off of Mill Plain in front of Wal-mart. We'll be near there at 0630, see you there.
