The Mustang club had well over a dozen cars there. We were 2 out of 4 total C3s. The blue '72 belonged to a guy out of Vancouver, WA believe it or not his name was Todd, we gave him the C3VR.com info (he took a picture of my t-shirt). His plate was HD2HVET, can you figure it out? There also was a 2008 LS3 and some guy had this custom built C2 on a C5 frame, Todd (767REP) says he has seen it around and they cost about $150,000. It was a good time and I don't know what was more fun the show or driving 70 on the freeway following Todd?
Just a note: It seemed people were drawn to black more than red for some reason.

I guess I should of thought of that, but I didn't. It said
" I KNOW RED CARS ARE BEST BUT PLEASE LOOK AT THE BLACK ONE"
You know how thoughtful I am, I didn't want Aaron to feel left out with his black car.

As far as that paper hanging from Todd's hood it really had this real long story about how he wanted to buy a black Corvette but life had other plans for him, this story served as a way to make it appear people were checking out his Vette for a long period of time.
Overall I think everyone liked both of these C3's, at one point a father of a young son knocked on Todd's fender and told his son "it's made of fiberglass".

Oh by the way Hooters colors are orange, and the orange looked good!
