Capital Lake Fair 21 Jul

Well we had a great time that the Capital Lake Fair in Olympia, WA this past Friday night  Except for the fact that it was nearly 100 degrees on the black-top.

This year I registered in time to be in the parade, but even know I was Registration #1, they wouldn't let me Pace the Parade

Basically I think I gave away 1st Place. I was affraid to compete in the "68-82 Class" so I entered "Favorite 70's Car".  Only 6 C3's entered the 68-82 Class. I was beat by a nice 79 C3, the guy even said I probably would have beat him in that class if I had entered it  Heres the 79.

Nice pictures Mark! I was going to go to a local show Saturday but the temp in my backyard was 111 deg F. I don't think it would have been fun to sit around on blacktop in that kind of heat. So I jumped in the pool instead.

I have Glass on Grass to go to in Spokane this Saturday. It should be a little cooler

Ya it was hot, I think my car was begining to melt   Wish I could do Glass on the Grass but gotta work, have fun

nice pics, i have meetings that day, and people on vacation the next 3 weeks no time to visit shows, oh well.  Lacey got approve to be a dealer of the LED licence plate frame.
