Winter Get together

I know this is still early, but do we have a time and a place to meet yet? Just wondering! Can't wait to see everyone (that comes)!

At this point unless its a major problem for anybody we can just meet at the fairgrounds since there is directions to get there, and meet at 9:00 when they open. The time can be modified somewhat if necessary for those coming the longer distances. Give me your thoughts.

That's fine with me, but I think 10 am might be better 'cause of some people having a long ride.

10 would probably work better for me, since I have to drive 3 hours to get there!

No problem....10:00 a.m. meeting time is what it will be. I thought maybe 9 might be a little early. That's why asked for thoughts on it.

So the meet would be Saturday at 10..maybe the main gate or a McDonald's or something like that..just curious since I haven't seen anything like that..I'll look for somewhere like that in Google maps..and we all know if there's no snow and above 32 the top will be down!!

Okay....got the place for dinner......http://fairgroundshotel.com/.....they are just about on the same grounds as the swap meet and they have no problem accomodating us and even have a seperate room if necessary. Tried it out last night and food is good and the prices very reasonable. I will need a committal by all attending by next Saturday...1/14....so the reservations can be made. What I also need to know prior to making reservations is everybodies thoughts on a time....an earlier luncheon or a later dinner? They can do whatever.

Nadine & I will be there. I'm good for whatever time is good for those with the long ride.

Barry and Jackie along with Hank and Caroline will be attending. We are OK for lunch OR dinner since it's Saturday and I don't have to work the next day!
