Well guys, since it looks like we're it.....How about Rt. 3 west of the Lincoln Tunnel, in Clifton? (Rt.21 North to Rt. 3 west, from Newark) There's an Appleby's and a "Chevy's" (no irony)Tex-Mex place on the eastbound side (u-turn at "MainSt."), and there's always the famous "Tick-Tock" Diner on Rt. 3 west (All this is about 5-6 miles west of the Tunnel)

If this is too far north, I'll listen to reason.....

Roy - we're thinking about meeting at Chevy's - going for the irony.

If you can let us know exactly where it is, then we'll all meet up there. If you just have the address, then we can map it on-line.

As for time, if everyone is cool with 1pm, let's go for that.

"Kay, Chevy's at 1:00, it is.........Lincoln Tunnel, or RT. 21 North , to Rt. 3 West......on your left, you will see a shopping area, "Clifton Commons", with a Barnes and Noble and a Sports Authority visible from Rt. 3....As you see Clifton Commons off to your left, you'll see an exit for "Main St.". Get off on that exit, go left at the bottom of the ramp (back under Rt. 3), get back on Rt. 3 East, and immediately enter "Clifton Commons". Straight up the entrance road you will see "Chevy's". Make a right, and park next to the restaurant (they open at 11:00)

Needless to say it was a beautiful day for cruising.

Nice to meet the folks and chat over lunch. TOORED took us on a nice and exciting cruise thru the northern New Jersey / New York countryside.
