 I've been trying to hold this off until the last minute, but please put me down for a "maybe" for the dinner. I apologize, but I will not be able to help with the booth this year, either. Work just ain't working with me this year, and I have my family commitments to take of also.

 I've tried to rearrange my schedule several times, but I haven't been successful.

Sorry- I'll still stop in on the booth to say Hi.

Sorry to hear that your not going to make it.  We'll miss you at dinner.   I'll see you with your free banner on Saturday.   I still think it doesn't look that bad.
