SAVE THE DATE!

Our 5th annual event will be Sunday, 7-20-2008.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Don't miss an all new Corvettes for a Cure with expanded, more comfortable space, at the Center for Arts & Technology Pickering Campus located at 1580 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 It's only 1.7 miles from our old location at the Kmart shopping center.

Check out our site for full details and to Register:

http://www.CorvettesForACure.com

Help us beat last year’s attendance and donations!

Because of the fantastic attendance and participation in 2007, we raised almost $4,000 that will be donated directly to the Delaware Valley Alzheimer’s Association! There were 115 cars in attendance - up 25% from 2006. This brings our 4 year total to $9,400! Our 2008 goal is 150 cars in attendance and to raise over $5,000 for the Association.

Event Highlights:

  • NEW LOCATION: Center for Arts Technology Pickering Campus located at 1580 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460
  • NEW AWARD: "TLC Award" Bring any Vette in any condition, as long as you can drive it to the show, and have the chance to win gift certificates from major parts vendors!
  • NEW ENTERTAINMENT: Live Performance by the Roger Girke Band – a great blues band!
  • Panel judged show with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies in 7 classes: C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 and Custom. Plus trophies for a Best of Show winner and Best Club Attendance.
  • Meet Lance Miller and buy a chance to win a private tour of the Miller Collection. Your Vette could win the 3rd Annual "Lance Miller’s Choice" trophy!

I pencilled it in on my calendar.
Sunday is a problem for me, but maybe I can take a vacation day on Monday. It's my anniversary at work. 44 years on 7/20/08. I deserve a day off!!!

Adam I'd just like to personally thank you for hosting such a great even.  My mother (who lives in CT) has been stricken with Alzheimer’s longer then Ronald Regan was. I really really wish I could attend this even. Well, like I said, I just wanted to say how great it is of you to support such a worthy cause, THANKS Clap cilrah2008-04-01 17:59:20

Thanks for the thanks!
When I was planning the 1st annual, and I was figuring out what charity to support, I thought of my grandmother, who at the time was struggling with it.  Then I realized that I didn't know of a single Corvette show that benefited this charity. So, I'm glad I picked it!  We've raised almost $10,000 to date.  Hope to raise $5000 this year!
