Thought I would list this here as no one has listed any events yet. The
"Strictly Corvette Car Show" April 18 & 19 at the Atlantic City (NJ) Convention Center. I know the gentlemen that are putting this on and they have worked hard to make it great time for everyone.

So who from here went? I did. I was there both days. I think I met Jimmymack. I'm terrible with names and my memory SUX! So if I forgot I met you, don't be offended!

Yeah, it was me. Good to meeet you Adam. I actually have my Save the Wave T-shirt on.
Lot's of neat cars, although the C5's and C6's all seemed to be massively chromed or have custom engine kits. The Walk in History was pretty slick, a car from every year, and there were some really well cared for older cars there. For the first year they did fine, I suspect it will get better as they continue. An auction would certainly spice things up. I got there early Saturday (9:30) and stayed till after 5, crowd was pretty good but not oppressive. Would love to see more parts vendors, definetly had a C5-6 bent on parts/accessories. Can't do a Carlisle in the convention center, but all in all I'd give it a B grade.

I was there for the 2009 show, had our 87 coupe in the "Walk of History" display. Signed up our 98 coupe for the 2010 show. Should be even better than this years show.
