Even though this event will be held on Windsor this year, it is the NCRS National event. This is a copy of the post I made in the "Outside US" events section. I hope some of you will be able to attend this very worthwhile event!
This will be the first NCRS International convention, it will come on 30th Anniversary of the NCRS July 25 through the 29th. The location will be Windsor, Ontario.
