This is a great event even though I can't make it this year!!
They have "1964 The Tribute" appearing on Sat night.
I saw them at Funfest 96 and they were AWESOME!!!

This is one of my favorite events, but unfortunately I'm running into "sorry, we're filled," when I call local Motels. Anyone here have a room in Effingham that they no longer need?

We've registered, and hope to be there. Cause we're also going to Carlisle and to Bowling Green, and we want to visit some friends in the States too

Generally the day of the event, there is a booth represented by ALL of the areas hotels with avaiable rooms.
May be worth taking the chance. Also, some of these rooms are booked from last year, so some do get cancelled, so put yourselves on a waiting list. You may get a surprise call. I already did. We got rooms !!! And in Effingham. Will be there at the corvetteforum parking area.
