Labor day weekend the National Corvette Museum will be having an Anniversary Celebration.  I'm not sure how well known this is but Corvette years that end in 7, uniquely mark each generation.  57 = C1, 67 = C2,
77 = C3, 87 = C4, 97 = C5 and 07 = C6.

Several months ago ( I had actually forgotten) I was at the museums web-site and saw they were going to have a  special display (Lucky 7s) for Labor Day. You could submit a picture of your car and contact info, for a chance to have your car represent your generation at this event.

Well I got an e-mail a few days ago congratulating me on my car being selected to represent all 3rd generation Corvettes.  Naturally I acceptedBig%20smileBig%20smileBig%20smile!!  The 6 cars will be on display in the Atrium Friday through Sunday Labor Day weekend August 30 - September 2nd.

Yes, she will be sporting her Lifetime Member C3VR sticker proudly in the windowThumbs%20Up.

I still can't believe it!!   So don't forget to go to the NCM web site Laber Day weekend and pull up the Atrium live web cam and check out Old Blue!!  Better yet come for the weekendCoolCoolCool!!
