Summit Racing Akron/Tallmadge

Though not all Corvette, Summit Racing is starting the weekly cruise-in's every Monday night starting 5/02/05. They had some nice rides there last year, but could stand a bit more Corvette coverage  They're at exit 29 off Interstate 76. They have a DJ and really nice door prizes.

Very, very cool cars show up there.   Only 5.5 miles from my front door.

Hey Ken, let us know if you think you'll be there at any time... Or just look for the SA with the old OH plates, Franklin county, "78 Vette" on the front and give us a heads up it's you! 

I will make at least one of them, hopefully more than that.  Are you going to be there on a regular basis?

I doubt we'll be hitting it every week... Not that much into cruise-ins really. We haven't had a chance to get to Front St. yet, so we'll likely get there a couples of times. Winks, Annabelles, and that's about it.

I ony got to Front street twice last year.   The bad part is it's only about 6 blocks from my house.  Go figure.  I HAVE to do more of that this year. I do drive by it a lot.  Not real fancy or real big, but usually well worth the time.

I wish I did'nt have to pay Summit's HANDLING charge, Er! $9.50 handling on a $12 part really gets me.

It is a rip, and I understand international is even more ridiculous.

Although we're about 20 min away from Summit, we buy little from them anymore. We got too many bogus parts, thus returns. 99% of the time we use Jegs. Never a problem w/them.

Not sure what their handling/shipping is, but you might want to take a look. They'll match Summit's pricing.

Annabelles?  that's my neighborhood.  let me know when you plan on showing.  I'll try to make it.  last year captn bill was interested in going to Annabelles.  maybe we could all could meet there.

Sounds like a meet coming together. I've never been to Annabelles but definetely want to get out your way this summer Hank. The more the merrier. When do they start showing?
