The Selfridge ANGB in Macomb County is having an air show featuring the Blue Angels on May 21-22. Are any fellow Metro Detroit CV3R members going? I was thinking maybe a hand full of us could get together and caravan to the base on either day. Thought I would throw this out there to see if there was any interest?

Sidebar- When the Blue Angles came to Rochester, NY last June, the Rochester Corvette Club was invited to drive on to the airport where the spectators were. Sort of a little car show for the spectators. And we got in free. Had a great time and took some great pics.
This year the Air Force Thunder Birds are coming and we will do it again.
You might want to check with the airport and see if they would entertain a similar venue for a group of Vettes.
