Well....hotel threw us a curveball, was under the impression that contract was to be signed today but it was not prepared for our visit today Angry

. It will be e-mailed to me Monday and when I send signed contract back we will be able to make reservations starting sometime Monday when they give me the okay. Sorry for the inconvenience to those wanting to get their reservations in. Once reservations open on Monday it is highly advisable to make as soon as possible. I will put up a post as soon as I know they will accept them!

We've up with following itinerary for our alt gathering:

Alternative C3VR Gathering (Lancaster, PA)

Itinerary

Thursday June 27,2013 -

8:00- ?? - Meet and Greet - Lancaster Host Lobby Bar

Friday June 28, 2013-

7:00am- Breakfast - on own.

Hotel has Breakfast Buffet ( $9.99) or you can order from menu.

9:00am- Leave hotel parking lot for York, tour Harley factory(Free)

Leisurely cruise back to hotel, stopping for a light lunch along the way.

Aprox 2:00pm - Arrive back at hotel- Free Time!!

Ladies, mall & outlets nearby. Gentlemen, time to polish your �vette.

5:00pm- Cruise to a local eating establishment , to be determined.

After dinner and evening cruise- Free Time-

Saturday June 29, 2013

7:00-10:00- Breakfast - On own

10:00am-- Cruise to AACA Museum(Antique Automobile Club of America)

Hershey, PA Tour with guide . (Aprox $8.50pp)

Leave Museum when done and leisurely cruise back to hotel stopping for a light lunch along the way at restaurant to be determined.

4:00pm- Leave hotel to cruise to Shady Maple Smorgasbord.

Tour gift shops, general store, market and furniture gallery.

Eat dinner at Shady Maple and leisurely cruise back to hotel.

Sunday , June 30, 2013-

10:00am-

Cruise to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

12:00noon- ?? - If there is interest, Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, Strausburg, PA.
