alternate gathering 2013

Talked to Hank and Caroline today and they are in for Friday and Saturday. They can't come up until Friday morning. They are planning to stay in the hotel Friday and Saurday night! Let's see if we can get some more!

As a note to attendees, Mark and I will be going to hotel on May 11th to sign contract so reservations will be able to be made from that date on up to date of "alt gathering". Reserving 8 rooms and they are about committed to at this point. As a refresher, the hotel will continue to take reservations after those rooms are taken as long as they have rooms available.

Yaay! Now we're getting somewhere! I'd like to see us pick up a couple more, though!

Put me down as a maybe....my situation has changed ,so I'm looking into coming. I got a few things to get the vette back up to speed. Also a few other things to take care of.. Rick

Im gonna try to squeak in a day (maybe one hotel night) somewhere along the way.  I wont know until closer though. I realize the hotel window will close at some point.  Ill be in touch ad will be monitoring this thread.

I just joined C3VR and this is the exact type of stuff that I was looking for.  Are new members welcome to hang with you guys on Cruises like this?

  YES, Very much so. That is the exact thing we are looking for. To bring new people into the fold and enjoy our cars and make new friends. PLEASE tag along. If you will be there, I will add your name to the list and set up the motel to add another room to the list. We'll be going to check things out this weekend. More to follow on details by next week some time. We have a great bunch of members who enjoy good fun and plastic cars.
