alternate gathering 2013

Dan I will be coming up for the day Saturday,plan to get there around. 7 or 8. Rick

Mary and I are planning to be there Friday morn. will probably meet the group at the Harley factory, stay at hotel Fri. night only (reservation made). We will head home after dinner Sat. evening.

We're not going to Colorado, so we'll join you guys for a few days. Not sure When we'll get there, will have to get back on that, hoping we can do Fri. thru Sunday. Should have an answer this week end.

Sadly I wont be joining you all. This was my last chance to meet up with ol friends and meet new ones. My days off was supposed to have weekends off till July 2, well that changed. You all have a great time Rick

OK, we booked a room at the hotel, will be there Thursday night, leave on Sunday.

It doesnt look like I'll be able to hook up with you guys. I was holding off as I knew there might be conflicts.
Possibility I might be able to head that way Saturday afternoon.

Anytime you can make it would be great. Keep us updated so we can hook up with you somewhere.

Okay...I have a confirmation on our tour of the Harley factoryon Friday June 28th. It is scheduled for 12:30 pm, so if anybody is planning on arriving to the hotel Friday you don't need to rush to get there real early. There are 3 of things to note.
1) There is no production done on Fridays...they work 4-10 hour days there. But we will see the whole operation. It is about a 2 hour tour.
2) Closed toe shoes are required. Rest of safety equipment will be supplied.
3) There is a 19 person limit on the tours. We are at 18 currently, so we have room for 1 more person.
And if you are a Harley fan, bring lots of money You can actually purchase a Harley there and they do have a Harley merchandise store there too.
