REMINDER! The deadline is Tuesday, May 28th at 5:00 pm to make guaranteed group rate reservations at the hotel. After that time they will take reservations if they have rooms available. It's my understanding that there is a another large function going on at the hotel that weekend so don't delay in making your reservations!! We want to see you there 

Hi Dan, I'm waiting to hear if the grandkids are coming in that weekend or just before the 4th as was originally planned. Still hoping we can attend.

Okay getting down to less than a month to go. Has anybody made reservations at the hotel that we don't know about?

We have myself, Manchestershark,Jaws79, Hank, Willis76, JPD1stVette, for Thursday to Sunday.

Tinbender, Harryhere, DSToffel, Hmel74 have said they will stay at least 1,2 or more of the nights but we have not heard if reservations have been made. The time has passed for guaranteed rooms. Hopefully those who have not made reservations will be able to get rooms when they are ready, the sooner the better. I also mneed a head count ofr some of the tours we will take so I can make group arrangements. If you know for sure what days you will attend please let us know.
