NADA now has a link for classic and collector cars. A 71 Z28 with a 350 and AT has a low retail of around $12500 and a high retail for $49000. A lot of this has to do with the condition and originality. Also many of these cars can sell for more. Some guys that just MUST have a 71 Z28 may pay twice the "book" on it. Supply and demand rules the roost.
