I do not mind an individual that has the means and creativity to customize their vehicle to their liking but this takes the  cake.

Isn't there a law against doing something like that??  If there isn't there should be..

Vette(s): 1970 convertible, 4 speed, bridgehampton blue, white top. AM - FM Radio, 1968 convertible, auto, Lemans blue, white top.

I have seen "Pug rescue", Greyhound rescue", and "Doberman rescue" programs that have been successful in the past.  If there was ever a reason to start a chapter of  "Vette rescue" it is now!   That DOG has been abused, whipped and beaten.  Its owners should be charged with cruelty to Vettes.  If we can get them arrested, then we get a change of venue and move this case to Bowling Green, KY.  Then we get the charges upgraded to a felony.  Then we let the C3vr jury decide their fate.  I am sure the members of the c3vr jury would find him Guilty and then he would serve ??????? of hard time with no chance of probation or parole.  You wouldn't gas or fry him would you?
