tailshaft.

Ran across a good deal on a TH400, for my 81. However, tranny is out of a Hummvee...(military hummers have turbo 400's!) wondering if the th400 for the vette had a specific tailshaft, (as the 700r4's do...vette has its own tailshaft, other 700r4's won't hook up to driveline in the 84 and up vettes)

Has anyone pulled a tranny (th400 only!) from a chev/gmc truck or other vehicle, and stuffed into a vette? Any problems?
