I've got this weird thing gonin' on.  ConfusedConfusedConfused  After my car warms up (about 10 minutes) and I'm drivin' on the road I can hear a "Tic...Tic....Tic".  It sounds like it's comin' from behind my Speedometer & Tach area.....or it could be on the outer firewall in the general area of the Speedometer & Tach.  That's the best I can describe it.....has anyone experienced this weird phenomenon before or ring any bells??

Is your Speedo fluctuating rather than showing exact speeds?

Probably either the tach or speed-o cable. If so, they can be lubricated. When the inner(drive) cable(s) get dry, they have a tendency to rub on the outer cable, producing any number of different noises.

or...maybe that mouse has baseball cards stuck in the spokes of his tiny widdle bicycle...

I've had similar noises with caps/rings, too. Seen some lug nuts floating around in them!!
Micki's car has custom rims on it, tho...
