Thanks all for the warm welcome.. The history behind the car is my father purchased it about 22 years ago and I helped with a frame off restoration. Its not a matching numbers car and the original color was British Green.
4 Speed manual tranny
4.11 Rear
350CI engine
Working on some minor mechanical issue IE vacuum system headlights & wiper door issues AGAIN...
Some minor TLC needed on the interior
and whomever put in the alarm system made a mess out of my beautiful wiring job!!
I have not seen the car in about 12 years as my father moved to FL and he passed away shortly after moving back home this past Feb.
Now I need to get it to the condition he wanted in, even though he always said " This is not a show car it is meant to be driven and driven it will be"

Great story. I always like to know the history of why people purchase their cars. I agree with your dad in that corvettes are designed to be driven and driven it shall me.
Welcome again and thanks for sharing with us.
