We're new to the world of Corvette and recently purchased a 2 owner 1980 Dark Claret L48. Unfortunately owner #2 spent no money maintaining the car so since we've had it we have almost matched the purchase price in replacing parts. Our mechanic lets us have it on an outpatient basis but it's going to be nice and reliable when done just in time to store it for this winter. So far no problem finding parts exept for a washer bottle. Will post picture later but paint and interior are good. All the mechanicla stuff like brakes, cooling, vacuum lones, rear pinion, entire suspension, etc needed replacement. Joined C3 reistry while at Carlisle.
