I'm not a vet, but I have nothing but admiration and thanks for those who are vets.
Even more for vets who own vettes! LOL
Welcome to the best place for C3 Corvettes. I hope you enjoy our group.

Steve,
Great to see you on the C3VR! Glad you joined up. I also would like to add my thanks for your service to our country. My dad had two tours of Vietnam and I went in the Air Force just post in 78. I hear your area coming in on 40m regularly. When I'm working in the garage I keep the radio tuned to 7.150ish. We'll have to give it a go.
Welcome again,
Keith

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. It's a privilege to be a member. I'm retired from Federal service & 64 years of age. Active Amateur radio operator (50 years, W5BIB) Owned a 67 C2 in 1970, knew I'd never be able to afford another one of those !! Happy with my 81 C3.

Thank You everyone for the warm welcome to C3VR. I enjoy Amateur radio (W5BIB, licensed for 50yrs) , retired from Uncle Sam, I owned a '67 C2 back in 1970 & knew I could never afford another like that,
... so I jumped on this '81 C3. It found a loving home on the Gulf Coast . Hope to see y'all around. Thanks again for the welcome. Steve (Vietnam Vette) . (in country 1964-67) USN.
