Welcome to the C3VR family, Ron (rraviv). 
As far as your questions, go to the Forums menu at the top, left and select Community Forums. Then, select the appropriate forum dealing with your question and finally click on New Topic. By keeping questions in the proper forums, it keeps the items catagorized and is easier to work with.
