Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Raymond Wow
Another San Diego Corvette.
Tell us something about how you came to own your corvette. What condition is it in and what are your plans for it.

The Corvette came from Coast Corvette in Anaheim on 10/20. It has a number of issues that I am slowly working my way through. In a previous life I was an ASE Master technician so I am doing most of the work myself.
So far:
Headlight switch
Wiper switch
Door switches
Door locks
Ignition cylinder
Spare tire lock
Wiring repairs
Brakes all around
New front calipers
New HEI distributor (replaced wrong HEI w/o tach drive)
Leaky trans cooler lines
To do
Wiper arms (washer jets)
Rear shocks
Half shaft U joints
Trans kickdown
Oil pan (punched in on bottom)
New carb
Seat belts (inertia locks are hosed)
Radio (broken)
Paint (clear coat failure)
Going to be a project for a while
