Thanks for the welcomes.  Now that the holidays are over I can start getting serious.  I don't know what will be harder, finding a C3 that I want and can afford and isn't across the country creating a logistical nightmare to acquire, or deciding what I want in the first place.  I like them all!  I have thus far only decided on a few things 1) I want a C3 that is already restored, mint original or needs very little - not a project car  2) I want one that looks and drives more or less the way it came from the factory and 3) I prefer the styling of the coupes up to 77.  Beyond that I'm still pretty open.  I only have a max budget of $25K so I'm probably not looking at big blocks and I'm hoping the Barrett Jackson effect starting later this month doesn't price me out of the market.
