Thanks for the welcome guys.

Just thought I'd introduce myself to all the C4 Vette Registry members and post up some pictures of my new (well, new to me) '92 Corvette.  Its the 3rd car I've owned in my life, and the 2nd to be LT1 powered. My previous car before the Vette was an '88 L98 powered Iroc-Z which I recently sold to a buddy of mine and put the money towards buying the Vette you see in the pictures below.

Unfortunately, in order to make space for the new Vette in the garage, I also had to get rid of my 1st car as well, a 4th gen LT1 Formula Firebird which I owned for 10 long years (it was my very first car) Although I was heart broken after selling that car, it was a decision that had to be made. I simply didn't have the space for 2 cars. The Formula was sold as a rolling chassis to a fellow Fbody enthusiast on a Camaro forum.

The car was sold as a rolling chassis only because I'd blown up the motor a few years back during a Nitrous run and never got around to finishing off the new 396 stroker I'd started building as a replacement. I decided to keep the unfinished 396 since I had far too much time, energy and money invested in it. I'd already lost a tonne of money selling the rolling chassis, I really didn't want to lose even more on the shortblock as well. Besides, deep down inside, I figured I'd one day own another LT1 car and so I'd just finish building the 396 and stuff it in that car instead.

The Vette is pretty much all original, minus the CD player and shocks. Cosmetically, it remains stock aside from the chrome ZR1's, and 315's out back. Performance wise, I recently installed a Corsa exhaust, and disabled the CAGS.   I also recently purchased a pair of long tube headers I hope to install just as soon as the weather gets better outside.

Anyways, here a few pictures that were taken the day I picked up the car.  I'd already had the exhaust ready to go in before I even brought the car home LOL

- Feel free to comment on the car.
