Just bought my first 1978 C3 last weekend, barn find, sitting for 15 years. Lovely corvette light beige with brown interior. All original, complete with maintenance documentation. Needs some TLC. Immediatly upon purchase replaced oil that hadnt been changed in 15 years, tires that were 25 years old, all hoses, all belts, water pump, alternator, air filter, and a very good cleaning. Next up is a major tuneup. It runs and looks pretty good, Im very happy.
Here for any advice and information I can gather!!!!
