Hello fellow C4 owners.  Normally I am on VetteRegistry.net  until I saw a post on another forum (cf) about a raffle for an 1984 Corvette.  I am looking at the poster/ad for the raffle and it had 2 locations for buying tickets.

So a phone call to one of them went like this....... me: Hi there, I see your having a raffle for the vette and I was wondering how many tickets have you sold so far.

nice lady: well less than 1000.

                                                                              me: About how much less?

nice lady: Way way less than a thousand.

me:I would like to buy 20 tickets at 5.00 ea.  total 100.00

So I keep thinking about it for two weeks and purchased a additional 200.00 for 40tix, the whole amount put in was 300.00 for 60 tix total.  Sure enough at 8:03pm Santa called letting me know I was the winner   WOO HOO.

They even agreed to store the car inside until spring.  The car is located in MD and I live in MI.  650 miles away.

Yes the car runs great, 150000 miles, well taken care of. it will come with the flag wrap on it.

300.00 for a corvette!  If I decide to sell it anything over 300.00 is all profit.

And that's my story and I'm sticking to it.  The above is all true.

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.
