Welcome, Bill! That sounds like one nice ride, there! You'll find that this is the best site on the net for C3 info and talk! Enjoy! Nice folks on here! Try to attend some of the events in your area ( the C3 gathering is in Charleston. SC this coming year). That's when you'll see what a great group this is!

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Great story. Need to go to starbucks with a portable and upload while having coffee and watching people look at your car.
You have some nice country to take pictures of your car in. It is to late for this years calendar but next year is coming faster than you think. I may get mine painted between now and the deadline for next years inputs.
Welcome.

Thanks. Yes, it's been fun to see the positive reactions "the commoners" give the Vette. :)
It's getting too late in the season for cruise-ins but I'll hit them in the spring, curious at how the C3 will be received.
Yeah, I have some pics of the 79 on the Blue Ridge Parkway rest areas already. A photogenic car with the Shenandoah Valley in the background. Nice combo.

Thanks Larry. Yes, I used that picture to sort of figure what my car would look like with similar rims. And, thanks to a new friend's tip, sure enough, Adam helped me plug-in the pics below. Thank you Adam!
