Thanks for the welcome. Where on the site would I go to learn how many 78 Silver Anniv. cars had red leather interior?

That's a bit of a guess. GM did not keep good records. Some of the folks here can say how may Anniv cars were built, and maybe how many total cars have red leather. I don't think there is a direct number to cross the two.
Now we call on some of the guys and gals with the number books. What do we have?

All '78 Silver anni cars had red as the "reccomended" interior, but....the actual "Silver Anniversary"(rpo #13U/07M) painted cars were the ONLY ones available with EVERY color interior! It would be next to impossible to determine how many actually had the red int. We can only guess.
Most folks believe the "real" Anni cars to have either the black, oyster, or red interiors. The silver anni paint was the most popular combo in '78, with 15,283 cars so painted.
