Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Welcome Douglas
Tell us a little about your Corvette. How did you come to own it? What condition is it in and what are your plans for it?

I came by this project as a gift from a friend. He could not continue the project.
We (my wife & I ) began earlier this year..and it has been one non-stop problem after another.
It appears to have been altered, every step I take I get held up....Stripped it down to primmer, removed everything includeing the motor. That was rebuilt....PO changed out Orig. for a strocker, I found it had a bad vibration at all driving speeds, I put in a 300hp 350 cid. kept the M/T heads and Edelbrock1400 carb. it did not have heat or A/C so I have installed factory air by searching the net and websites. I was hopeing to begin the interior but I found some burned wires in the dash harness, this turned into a lot of burned wires and all so found some rewireig had been down to get around the problem....I had my heart set on starting the car this month...oh well....
Planes are to get it running, painted and take a trip.

Nice story. I do agree they can be a series of problems. I believe I'm getting mine down to a much smaller group.
