Vette(s): Sold them Both
Thanks for the welcome all.  I am just starting a body off complete restoration of a 69' T-top Coupe.   Bought a basket case that had been sitting partially dis-membered for about 11 years.  I am thinking that it may become the parts car before all is said and done. Mechanicals and interior are in great shape.  Frame and window cage are trashed.  I also have found a Convertible 69' But it is in worse shape than the first.

So first things first I am looking for a good replacement frame.  Best to start from the ground up.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Vette(s): Sold them Both
Hi all.  I am in the beginning stages of gathering the odds and ends of a twin rebuild/ restore.  I am starting with a 69 coupe, T-top basket case, and will simultaneously  be working on a complete restore of of a 69 number matching convertible.  Due to the shape of both, I look to be at it for quite some time.  Bank account withstanding.....  The Coupe I will likely take a few liberties with, and upgrade/update where possible.   The convertible, I intend to go as straight forward as possible.  Chassis first for both.  In the mean time I just have to finish collecting spare parts to fill in the gaps for what is missing, or unsalvagable.

Anyway thanks again for the welcome......I look forward to keeping progress posted as often as possible...

Mike
