Vette(s): 1979 L-82 4 speed manual
Hi, Glad to find this site. I wish I had found it sooner, I probably could have saved a lot of frustrations as I have worked on this 79. I have recently replaced the interior from oyster to black. It's black on black now. I'm not so set on keeping it totally original as just beautiful. I love the lines on the 79s. In fact all the 70s. The engine is a stock 350 and has been recently rebuilt. The manual trans was changed to a Hurst and the rear end was rebuilt all before I bought it. I have a few more little things to work on. The wipers don't work, I can hear a little click from the motor when I try. Probably needs a new motor, Any advice? Also the horn is not working. I have had the cap off and can't figure out how it all goes back together so it's not loose and will make the contact. Any thoughts? I'd also like to find some pace car spoilers for it. Thanks for any help anyone has, Dan...

Welcome to the Shark Tank.
Electrical problems are abundant on our cars.
Check to see if the motor works by putting power directly to it.
Check for loose connections or a poor ground.
With a few key words you can search on any subject here.
