Vette(s): 05 yellow rag top
Just purchased an 05 convertible. The areaaround the center console, including the storage area and cup holders, gets extremely hot. I took it to a chevy dealer and was told this is a common problem. This is my 3rd corvette(1999 and 2002). Has anyone had the same problem

I'm sure it's a common complaint... |headscratch|

Heat has been a problem for years in Corvettes. You may have an insulation piece that wasn't installed properly, or a un-sealed hole in the floorpan.
The question is, is it hotter than other C6's?
