Sounds like where the T-Top rubber is glued to the glass. If so there's the top and small corvette producers like our sponsers that have the rubber and glue to redue.
Here's what I'm talking about.

Unfortunately that is the smallest of this tops problem no actually there the spade type adjuster where the shims fit is seperating from the glass that frame is coming loose........I feel it is a pretty major repair if it can even be repaired I am worried about this top.

i know what you mean- the point at which the frame is glued to the
glass is coming apart- along with the coating on the underside, correct?
there are companies that can rebuild your existing tops- any of the major catalog companies do- ecklers, corvette america, mid america, etc, but you might want to give a specialist a call, like melrose t-tops

theres more out there, but i do not know of anyone else
if your glass is intact and not cracked or anything, it should be repairable. it may not be as bad as you think

Well Melrose mentioned how to do a simple repair by injecting the glue under the seperating top and re attaching it........I think this top has had that done before so i really think I need to take the frame off of glass find a way to clean the old glue off and then reglue it with urethane windshield adhesive.
