1985 corvette auto transmission shifting

Vette(s): 1995 torch red conv, LT1,56k,auto,loaded with options
When I take off from a red light etc gently, the transmission shifts into 2nd gear at 10 mph and into 3rd at 21mph resulting in an annoying bogging sensation. Are the shift settings adjustable? Taking off fast not a problem.
