Anyone used the buffing kit that the suppliers sell to take marks off windshield? Area where wiper blade made marks, but no scratch. Any suggestions and the tool to use ? Which compound ?
Thanks,
Boatman

I haven't used a buffing kit, which if done properly I believe does a great job, but I have found using the cream cleaner made for glass top stoves works well. It depends on how bad your glass needs it, but for minor needs the cream cleaner works well.

Eastwood has a couple kits to take care of scratches in glass.
I haven't used it yet, but I have purchased a kit and will use it once I get done with buffing out the paint job. (Its on my list of things to do

They also make a kit for deep scratches.

Rogue Wave - Thanks for the reply. I just received my Hemming's monthly publication yesterday, and the new Eastwood brochure. Will go to the site you sent.
