Holiday Cheer and Greetings to All.....

My '80 has wheels that have an "unpolished" look. Almost like very fine scratches like something steel wool may cause. I haven't tried anything beyond soap and water yet. I'd love a little direction from anyone with an idea. I really enjoy this forum and hope I'm able to contribute more to it in the near future. Thanks in advance.........Andrew |saluteflag|

Andrew, shoot me an email. I "restored" a set of 82's I put on my CE. they look like chrome. A little too long to describe here.

Hi Andrew, had the same problem on my 81, i sent em out and had em chrome plated. They really look great and get a lot of complements. You can find locations that chrome wheels in VETTE or CORVETTE FEVER or one of the other mags if there are no chrome shops in your area. Or Corvette America sells em Chrome plated outright.
