Do you store it?  Or do you live in an area where you can drive it 365?

If you store it? What do you do to get it ready for storage?

Will it look like this?

Vette(s): 1984 Resto-Mod Corvette coupe. Featured in America's Sports Car as the 1984 model.
I'll drive all winter since I'm in Orlando. Lots of car show activity. Come on down!

Well...the '74 will still be holdin down the floor in the garage. The '85 will still be holding down the driveway. I will be putting a new water pump on it this weekend, so Mama can get some miles on it before the weather turns nasty. Thumbs Up

I'm lucky to be in the all year long category.  I do have a few winter projects I'd like to get done but that won't keep me from getting some great cruising in....Thumbs Up

This winter the '96 will join the '72 in holding down the garage floor while I replace Waterpump, serpentine belt, brake hoses, pads, replacing front air dam, adding screening to cooling air entrance under nose, add splash shields to inner fender wells, replacing rear sway bar bushings, etc.

Next winter, it will be my everyday car.

As long as no snow or salt on ground, I'll drive it at least once a week to work.  Heater works great and will do some "spirited"  Wink driving in the nice cool air.

Same here as Jimmy.... our winters in Ohio have been very strange for the last 3-4 years and there are periods of time when it's good to take her out. If there's no snow or salt on the road, it gets some fresh air. Occasionally I'll drive with the top down when we will get a 50-60 degree day, that always turns some heads Big smile

Vette(s): 87 Red Coupe, not as pretty, had 213G miles, great running engine; got 20-21 around town, 27-28 on hwy; I got to drive a Vette, every day for 6 yrs. It was my first; so now I know what the fuss is all about. (Sold it 2015 for $3000, still ran great.)
In Phoenix, "ain't no winter" to rest up, so my 87 has to get up every morning and drive me to work. If I have to work, and I do, it's not bad having a Corvette chauffeur! PS to Windrider1200, when you do the screening for your air dam, get the gutter guard screen (curved 3' sections of stiff screen), which screws and zip-ties up nicely and works great, as you can see. (I drive through farm country a lot, which tends to suck up road kill and debris like mad, so the C4 needs protection on it's bottom lip....)

I STORE all my Corvettes every year on Turkey day (Thanksgiving evening) and they never leave the garage until April Fools day (my wife says I'm both a Turkey and a Fool)  which I guess is better then being a chicken and a idiot )

Been doing  this for the last 30 or 40 years with my Toys... I take care of the  items that I noted during the driving season that need attention but are not critical

The list is never short and usually nothing big needs attention.. the 76 needs brake calibers ..The 72 needs its clutch adjusted ..The 64 needs a fender splash shield (how I lost it I never will know) The 88 needs the white steering wheel replaced and the outside passengers door bottom rubber window seal replaced)  Thew 98 just needs the engine compartment to be "cleaned up a little) The 79 honestly should be taken off the road and have its engine and transmission BUT I bet I will procrastinate that not so little deal ($$$ is tight)

Bottom line its going to be a normal winter
