I plan on telling the body shop tomorrow to NOT wax her at all, that I'll take care of it with Zaino. Is there anything else that I need to tell them, or do, to make sure things go smoothly with the body after-care? I've heard that Zaino doesn't protect the stripes from the sun, and that you should use something that conditions and protects from the sun such as vinyl/rubber products. True?

Darla, you CAN use Zaino over the stripes. It has reflective properties and will protect the vinyl if used properly. Guys on the "other" forum use it on theirs. Here's a pic to show you how good it will look. Check out the hood gradient stripe on his car
