Vette(s): 1976 Corvette
I apologize if this isn't the correct forum for this question, but does anyone know of a way to restore the reflective surface of the rear-view mirror? My 76 has the lighted mirror option and the only replacement mirror assemblies I have located are for the non-lighted ones. I'd rather keep the lighted mirror if at all possible, however the edges of the mirror where the bezel meets it is deteriorated and no longer reflective. Is there some kind of polish or does anyone know where I can get another lighted mirror?

http://www.zip-corvette.com/ has a replacement glass for your mirror $50. they also offer a restoration service for your mirror. no price listed you might also take your mirror to a local glass/mirror shop and see what they can do to it
